The challenge in pricing this type of application is providing value to the client and, at the same time, generating sufficient returns to maintain and improve the application to keep up with the complex and dynamic nature of the harmonized tariff code.
1. Perpetual License/Maintenance
The Harmonized Tariff Schedule Classifications (HTSC) application is available via a perpetual, global license with a yearly maintenance fee.
2. Yearly License/Maintenance
Alternatively, the HTSC application is available as a combination yearly license and maintenance for a yearly fee.
3. Fee-for Service
Lastly, HTSC classifications can be provided on a fee-for-service (per sample) basis.

automated HTSC Application, or contract for Fee for Service, an
organizations must be an active licensee
of Pipeline Pilot!
